Poor communication, still awaiting a call back from over a week ago. Word of advice, dont give a time scale on returning a call if you have no intention of following up. Disappointed, as George sounded really genuine on the phone

Great service, really nice people kept in touch with me while they had our car, if anyone knows about Lotuses its Geoff we gave up on ours and he brought it back to life cant thank him enough!! if you need your Lotus doing these are the people.
