Critical:Responsiveness
Unfortunately very unresponsive. Had emailed and followed up with a call when no response was received, They then came and measured up, and promised to drop off a brochure. Six weeks later, still no brochure and no quote provided.

Thanks to Neil & the team for transforming our bathroom from object of shame to one of pride. The customer experience was excellent - from ordering to installation. Very easy to deal with, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Price very reasonable. Very glad we used them and would recommend them highly.
