We believe in spending the time to create the right design for you, and if you look through our galleries you'll see that we're not a 'specialist' or elitist studio and are happy and very able to tattoo in most styles.

Established in 1998, Rampant Ink Tattoo Studio is situated in Long Eaton just a short trip outside of Nottingham City Centre. We want you to enjoy your tattooing experience with us which is why our studio has a clean, stylish interior and is fully air conditioned. We use only the best equipment and have the highest possible hygiene standards to make sure you have a positive and satisfying tattoo experience with us.

Been tattooing now on and off for around 17 years, working from my kitchen to start with, as many of us did back then (I'm not advocating that now, yes I'm a hypocrite!), then graduating to a variety of studios, working with some interesting characters some of who were then, and still are, miserable buggers (Hi Guys).

Choosing a Tattoo

You may have quite a specific idea of what you would like. If you've seen someone else's tattoo that you like then be aware that your tattooist may not be willing to do a direct copy. After all, that is someone else's design that they have put time/thought/money into getting tattooed. Consider how you can take that type of design and customise it into something unique for yourself.
Cover up Tattoos

If you need a tattoo covering up, there are obviously some limitations when looking for a suitable design. When considering a cover up piece do some research into what type of design will work best. Get a few ideas together of what you would like but be prepared to be flexible! Generally a cover up design will need to be a lot bigger than the existing tattoo.
