Recently upgraded to Sage Barista pro and was getting a terrible brew (max 18 secs and bitter) and assumed it was because of supermarket beans.
Got local fresh roasted beans and voila! 17.5g beans yielded 33g of espresso over 33sec of brew time. Amazing service and great coffee beans Qualitasse Coffee in Basingstoke UK. Ask for Andrew the roaster. He Made an espresso to taste every blend. And made me a latte to taste too. Super reccomend
