For a small fee one of our experienced technicians will go to your location, run a diagnostic on your laptop or desktop PC and give you an answer right away. If your situation requires a part replacement, we will take the PC or Laptop away if needed and have a quick turn around fix. If this is not convenient, on site repair is available where needed and also a safe reliable remote session.

We offer step-by step lessons of the basic functions, uses, advantages and what you need to know to be able to enjoy your computer and get the most out of it. We teach people from all ages very basic levels of programs to the more advanced applications and programs such as MS Word, Excel, Facebook, Internet, using email effectively, and communicating effectively using Skype interactive calls and webcam sessions.
