About Us
Report
Weldlogic Europe specialise in joining materials encapsulating electronic components. The UK office displays the latest microprocessor controlled power sources, along with a host of welding lathes, turntables, orbital heads and other associated products. One of Weldlogic's products, the AWS-6100 is aimed at total quality control of joining process.
Service Department
Report
Weldlogic offers a full support program enabling customers to minimise any downtime due to breakdowns. A comprehensive spares inventory is held at Huntingdon with spares from the factory in California being available in 3-4 days. Spares are also carried for Thermal Dynamics. Secheron Plasma welding torches and Weldcraft TIG Torches.
Training
Report
With every new system purchase, a comprehensive training package is given. It is Weldlogic policy that no new system leaves the factory without the customer having undergone this detailed training. Specific Welder Training is also available to provide specific approvals such as CAA. Additional specialised training in front line maintenance, service, calibration and welder approvals are also available.
Welding Gloveboxes
Report
The ever-increasing demand of the Aerospace, Semiconductor, Medical, Scientific and Nuclear industry for high quality welded components has forced these industries to look again at their conventional welding techniques. Within these industries, exotic materials that are prone to attack from Oxygen during welding such as in Titanium Welding; have forced these industries to look at welding these materials in a dedicated Glove Box Environment.
Model PA-10/100-STD Micro Arc
Report
The precision weld fabrication of delicate heat sensitive assemblies is now a practical reality. Finally, there's an alternative to complicated and costly beam welding systems. Very low heat, high speed welds can now be made in materials as thin as.001" and as thick as.125" with the Weldlogic PA-10/100-STD.
