Based in Redruth, Cornwall Nigel Rafferty Groundcare opened for business in 2000 with the objective of providing high quality repairs and service support for both domestic and professional turf machinery customers. Now well established, Nigel Rafferty Groundcare has a substantial base of commercial, private and estate customers throughout Cornwall; many of whom have remained loyal from the outset.

We are members of the British Agricultural and Garden Machinery Association (BAGMA) and keep up to date with Landbased Engineering legislation and regulations. We take Health and Safety seriously. We have Health and Safety Policy and Procedures in place for both the workshop and customer's property.

We stock a comprehensive range of genuine spare parts in Cornwall and all over the UK for our main dealerships including Iseki, Echo and AS-Motor and also spares for other makes and models of groundcare machinery. We also have access to many different manufacturer's parts and spares from our comprehensive network of suppliers.
Cylinder Grinding
Report
The need to keep that sharp edge to both bottom blade and cutting reel is frequently overlooked. The thought is that as long as the machine appears as if it has cut the grass then all is well but, as with a blunt pair of scissors, the cut is often ragged and not a clean cut causing a point of infection for many of the diseases which affect the turf.
