I have been delighted with the outstanding level of service I have received from Andrea and her team. The tenants they have found for my properties over the years have all been extremely pleasant and hard working families or individuals. Moorhaven have mananged the whole tenant find process for me seamlessly and they are always proactive in their dealings with me. Moorhaven Lettings have been incredible helping us to find a home in difficult circumstances, we were given notice at the last place after years of being good tenants, it was very distressing as i am disabled and my husband is retired - not a good situation to be in if you want to rent! but Veronica was brilliant, she found us somewhere safe very quickly and we could keep our elderly much loved cat too. Should we need to move again we wont hesitate but to use Moorhaven Lettings again, thank you Veronica you're a star!

Were just finishing up a tenancy after moving to Devon last year. Veronica was on our side from first contact, she understood us and what we wanted/needed and the property she found for us was absolutely perfect. Moving in was a really smooth process and everything was in place for us- we just had to worry about getting ourselves packed and moved!
