I was under the impression that Sustainable Aquatics was a store. Turns out after driving thirty minutes to Jefferson city, its actually an online store. It seems like a great place if youre buying fish online, but if youre looking to go to a local fish store, this place isnt it. Hopefully they clarify on the social media pages that they are strictly an online store

Never worked here. Am hopeful that they treat their people well. From the quality of the product and service that they delivered to me, I would have to consider the possibility that some of the disgruntled workers just werent used to being held to a high standard. The truth usually lies somewhere in between.I can say that they deliver a superior product, with great service, at a fair price.

Went in for an interview, the CEO of the company was the rudest person Ive ever met in my whole entire life. He was provoking, attacking, and assaulting me and my fianc with his words and assumptions and trying to diagnose me with ACE, telling me I cant and I havent learned anything because I didnt know the equation of a circle immediately when he asked. My fianc tried to stand up and shake his hand when he came in the room and he told him to sit down. He Told me I had an attendance issue even though Ive always showed up EARLY to work. It got so bad we had to just leave.. please

By far the worst place Ive ever worked. I put in a year and a half with Sustainable Aquatics and its the worst experience Ive ever had! Im ashamed to even have it on my resume!

Ever since my friends started using them, i know that they give a 5 star experience. Almost none of the fish that come have died in the bag, and if there are, they will give you credit for the fish. They are very nice people and have very nice and healthy fish.
