Patients must contact their GP practice directly through their online system. We don't handle repeat prescription requests but will dispense prescriptions once received from GPs.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-5:30pm. We close for lunch daily between 1-1:30pm.
Do you offer vaccination services?

I went into Gormleys on Monday 20th june for 1 prescription item. It was shortly after 3pm. A couple of customers were already in. I handed in my script and waited. The shop cleared of customers as they got their medications and left. I still waited and as I did so, I counted 10 members of staff at any one time behind that dispensary, including 3or 4 pharmacists albeit busy, but still... one customer in the whole shop and not one inquired "is that person being taken care of", or even bothered to look up for that matter. I was livid. Eventually after 7/8 minutes I was just about to say something
