Absolutely awful service called to place an order at 6.58pm was told the food would be ready for collection at 7.50pm. After waiting over half an hour in the restaurant and not getting the food until nearly 8.30pm I get home to find out a dish is missing, that I have paid for. Called the restaurant and the staff are rude and very unhelpful wouldnt use this place I would avoid at all costs. The restaurant also wont refund the money to the card paid with instead they are expecting someone to drive back and tap the card. Absolutely bunch of robbing thiefs I would steer clear of this restaurant

Customer service was absolutely appalling, waited over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered. Spoke to a lady by the name of Poonam who was very rude and started shouting at me down the phone after admitting she was having a bad day with Uber eats and Deliveroo however this was not relevant to me as I had made my order directly with the restaurant. This lady has absolutely no customer service skills nor hospitality skills and she needs to rethink her career seriously.

Food used to be amazing but it seems the quality has drastically changed. When I received my order and complained that it didnt taste fresh, they refused to do anything. The food was wasted and ended up in the bin.

Went to Manadarin yesterday evening with our friends. Was looking forward to having a good dinner. We had ordered 3 starters. Spring rolls were not spring rolls just pastry with no fillings. Seaweed dish was cold and not fresh so had to send back. . The Tom yum soup was just water. The main dishes was terrible and very little quantity. Please avoid this place. Its terrible food. The waiter when I said the seaweed was cold she was argued and said no it cannot be. She did not want to take them back. I insisted she tastes them. Would not recommend. Quantity is tooo little. As well. The place
