All you need to do, is send a text or e mail with a description of the job, the name & contact number of your tenant - and we will contact them to arrange a date & time to visit. If the tenant has moved out, we are happy to inspect the property for any damage & send you a report, including photographs if necessary.

I offer pricing for specific jobs should you wish to have a total cost for your job rather than an hourly rate. Things like painting & decorating, fencing, tiling etc. All prices exclude the cost of materials and any parking fees. Please consider, that the first hour covers travel to and from you, the cost of petrol, and wear and tear on the vehicle.

All my prices exclude materials. I am happy to supply all the materials needed and these will be charged separately with a 20% charge on top of the RRP to cover locating material and collection. All receipts will be provided. We provide quotations free of charge for all clients, within an 8 miles radius.
