I deal mostly with David and Garry from the Newcastle branch and have always found them helpful and they have an excellent product knowledge which has helped steer me in the right direction which is great when you have little experience with traditional plaster and mortars!

Products good but service seemed poor. orders given as a couple of days took 8. no one called when they said . It took 3 telephone calls to get a simple order of lime wash made up. Then it was spilled when I went to collect it.
However, the measure of a place is often in the way they deal with a problem. And in this case they offered a sincere apology and have arranged to supply and deliver my lime wash free of charge. And I got the genuine feeling they did not normally operate poorly and would address issues internally so from an initial 2 star up to 5 star and I will use them again.
