Always had a great service from the team but what surprised me last time I was in, was that I was charged even less for an alteration than I was quoted for originally. Apparently the fix was easier and quicker than expected so was only charged for the time that had gone in. Respect!

I took them a vintage Vivienne Westwood Anglomania silk dress, which was in need of repair, and a good wash, as I'd bought it second hand. I got a warm welcome and was so impressed with the service! It was a complicated repair job that required taking material from other parts of the dress to patch up worn out sections. They repaired it considerately and went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of the dress in the future. You would never know it was second hand. And it was a delicate fabric to clean. The quality of the work is excellent and all at a very reasonable price. Very impressed
