Our practice was founded by Nic Paterson following a transformative journey through chronic pain and recovery. After years of corporate work in Edinburgh, a life-altering car accident led to exploring complementary therapies that restored health and inspired a career change. Over decades, we've developed expertise in Reiki, naturopathy, reflexology, and energy healing, combining formal training with personal experience. Based at The North Isles Chiropractic Clinic in Kirkwall, we specialise in addressing stress-related conditions through holistic treatments that integrate mind, body, and spirit. Our approach combines traditional techniques like Usui Reiki with modern understanding of vibrational healing, offering both in-person and distance sessions.
