We were looking forward to our tour to Croatia this year which was unfortunately cancelled due to problems with the motorail. We were informed of this on the 2 May, more than 3 weeks later we are still awaiting the return of our deposit, if I hadn't paid the final payment by now would Brian Thornley have been chasing us for the money?
