Appointment earlier today with Niamh, the hygienist. Exceptional service and certainly ranks as my most enjoyable treatment sessionever. From the moment you walk through the door to the completion of the treatment, the customer service received from team at Gentle Dental is second to none. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

Visited to have a tooth extracted. From the moment I arrived I was put at ease which is great considering I do not like going to the Dentist.
Rob explained all the procedural and legal bits before starting the intitial process of the anastetic and preparation of the extraction. After about 10 minutes waiting in the chair and watching the fish on the TV above your head, I was ready for the extraction. Rob put some piece of equipment in my mouth and just about immediately removed the tooth without any pain, noise or feeling that your mouth was going to feel this tooth being ripped from it's roots

I had an appointment today and this is the first time in my life that I wasnt frightened to attend a dental appointment. My previous two visits completely put me at ease, and everything was explained in detail. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Finding this dental practice has been a revelation, and although it may sound extremely gushing Im so amazed that I have been able to calmly go to the dentist! Thank you Rob, Niamh and staff.
