Established in 1984. The Electric Gate Company specialises in the design, manufacturing and installation of automated gates and entry systems. All of our gates are handmade in-house and are bespoke to each customers' specific requirements. We cater for a large and varied range of clients from private residential homeowners to large development companies such as Barratts, Crest Nicholson and Fairview New Homes.

All of our electric Estate Gates are made to look like wood but are in fact made from steel. The gates are then galvanized to help protect from rust, ensuring a long life. Our steel gates range from simple flat top to more decorative and complex bow or swallow top designs. All of our gates are handmade for each customer, so you have full input into the finished article.
Wooden Electric Gates

Traditionally wooden electric gates can be difficult to automate without shortening the lifespan of the gate due to the stress from the motors. However all of our solid wooden electric gates are fitted with our unique 'L' shaped galvanized steel brackets. The brackets enable the wood to be automated successfully causing minimum stress on a naturally moving product.
