3D puff, cap embroidery uses a foam base to achieve a three dimensional effect. The foam comes in black & white with two thickness' 2mm and 3mm to accommodate various products. Raised 3D cap embroidery requires the thread or stitch count to tripple, so that the foam will not be exposed through the thread.

A "Print Ready" file is a artworked file that can be used for both the prepress and the printing or embroidery process without the need for any adjustments which could result in additonal charges and delays in production time. These files also ensure the best results for your project. Illustrator vetor files produce the best results for screen printing and embroidery and other media.

We can embroider 1 piece, but this item will take the entire setup charge and will be expensive. For embroidery we would recommend about 10 pieces., but for a real juicy price a higher piece order will work out cheaper per piece. We sell per meter, so depending on the size of your logo or design would dictate your minimum.
