AVOID this company. Paid 1k deposit for extension 2 years ago. Could not eventually carry out the works due to being overbooked. Agreed to compromise and pay back half the deposit, however we've been chasing for a year now and they are just blanking us. Not professional. Avoid!

We have just had a loft conversion completed by Create Room. Fantastic service all round. On the commercial side Ben was happy to answer any question we had and was totally accommodating to extra requests. The builders Andy and Jeff were amazing. Super efficient, polite, hard working, conscientious, making minimal impact on our day to day life and above all really tidy. Excellent job all round. Could not be happier. Thanks guys.
