Those coming to visit the hygienist should note that hygienist appointments are for hand scale only. This is due to restrictions on use of certain equipment. An email confirming the date and time will be sent to you a few days before your appointment, it will include information about the changes you can expect to see at the surgery, such as wearing masks, temperature checks and vitally updating your Medical information before your visit.
You should be aware that we have a 'closed door' policy at the Mews for the foreseeable future. Those patients with smart mobile phones, will be able to check in as they arrive. We take great pride in our relaxed atmosphere, providing wifi, current magazines and a radio to distract more anxious patients. Our team of caring and efficient dentists, nurses and reception staff are here to give their advice and assistance. There were systems in place to check all equipment had been serviced regularly, including the steriliser, fire extinguishers, oxygen cylinder and the X-ray equipment. The practice had effective systems in place to gain the comments and views of people who used the service. Patients were satisfied with the treatment they received and were complimentary about staff at the practice.
