Olivet is a Christian English Language School in England, based in Brighton on the South Coast of the UK. We have been helping students from all over Europe and the world learn English since 1977. Study General English with us here in the UK or prepare for further examinations including the Cambridge B1 First, the Cambridge C1 Advanced and IELTS.

Olivet English Language School is accredited by the British Council for the teaching of English language to international students. For 40 years, Olivet has been providing quality English training to students of all ages, nationalities and levels of ability. Our team of qualified Christian teachers create a caring school environment where everybody is welcome.

All teachers have internationally recognised qualifications in teaching English to non-English speakers - All are also committed Christians. Our English lessons focus on the students' needs, interests and aims. Students learn by using the language through conversation, discussion, role-play, pair work, games, videos/DVDs, cassettes and books.
Under 18s

Olivet has a responsibility to provide a safe & healthy learning environment for all our students and staff but especially for students under the age of 18 and vulnerable adults. In the case of students under 18, we require that they stay in homestay accommodation.
Alternative arrangements, such as staying with a family friend or relative, will be accepted provided we have written confirmation of the arrangements from the parents, including the full address and contact telephone number at the time of the enrolment.

How to Pay
Report
It is better for you and the school if you pay all your fees by the beginning of your course. You must pay a minimum of 4 weeks together, at the beginning of the 4 weeks. If you do not pay the minimum of 4 weeks you must pay an extra 10% for administration. We do not refund fees if you miss lessons or leave the school early.

This school is amazing

I suggest all to go to the Olivet school and you will enjoy very friendly teachers.
Director and teachers are very helpful if you need to change class like me and help you feel comfortable and welcome on the first day.

My time at olivet was not so good. It is the cheapest school in Brighton but maybe because of this is not a good option. They don't care at all about the students and they just want to earn money. In particular one of the director is really rude and really bad person. For example he wanted to expell me and one of my friend from the school just because we missed 2 days of school and we were late once. This fact is incredible if think that this is a private school so you give them money. If i pay i want and i pretend to be free and do whatever i want (I mean if I want to go to school i do if I don

I very recommend the olivet language school! I've learned so much over there and could improve so much for my following english university. The teacher are very kind and gentle and they are willing to help you and to give you the best! The school is based on a christian foundation, wether in a school or in a church, to care one another and to love one another is priotity. I spent one week there with a group of my students (different age, different language levels). The school is very well organized and everyone found it friendly. The teachers encouraged everyone to speak so all my students agree that the course was very useful. They met international students and used English practically. Nick, the school principal is the most helpful person I've met, always ready to solve problems of a group leader :) Thank you and see you next year!
