We all know that breakfast is an important part of the day, which is why we offer such a plentiful selection on our breakfast menu and, where possible, use locally sourced produce for our guests. We squeeze our own orange juice daily, make our own raspberry jam and Irish whiskey marmalade, bake our own wheaten, soda, potato breads and make our own bagels and pancetta scones.
