Teeny Days Nursery has been dedicated to providing nurturing and stimulating childcare for infants, toddlers, and pre-school children in Luton and surrounding areas since its establishment. Under new management since June 2019, we completed a full refurbishment to enhance our facilities while retaining our team of highly qualified professionals with decades of combined experience in early years education. Our approach prioritises a home-from-home environment, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to ensure child-centred learning through exploration and discovery. We invest in continuous staff development to maintain exceptional care standards, fostering strong partnerships with parents to support each child's unique development. Baby Care
Our baby room provides nurturing care for infants aged 3 months to 2 years. Qualified staff maintain 1:3 ratios, offering sensory play and developmental activities in a home-comfort environment. We follow individual routines for feeding, sleeping and care while keeping parents informed through daily updates and learning diaries.
Toddler Care
For 2-3 year olds, we combine structured activities with free play in dedicated learning zones. Our EYFS-compliant programme develops social skills and independence through themed play areas. Staff facilitate group activities while encouraging individual exploration and creativity through age-appropriate resources and outdoor play.
Pre-School Education
Our pre-school provision prepares 3-5 year olds for formal education through play-based learning. Funded Childcare
We offer eligible families 15 or 30 hours weekly funded childcare for children aged 9 months to 4 years. Our team assists with eligibility checks and applications while maintaining the same high-quality provision for funded and private clients. Funding options operate during our standard Monday-Friday 8am-6pm hours.
Parent Partnerships

With over 20 years in early years education, Tahareem holds a Psychology degree from UCL and PGCE in Primary Education from the Institute of Education. She leads Teeny Days Nursery's vision to create outstanding childcare provision through qualified staff development and EYFS-compliant learning environments that prioritise child-centred development.

What childcare funding options do you offer?

What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The nursery is closed on weekends and bank holidays, with standard childcare sessions aligning with these hours.
What qualifications do your staff hold?
All staff are fully qualified in early years education with regular training updates. Our management team includes professionals with PGCE qualifications and over 20 years' experience in childcare and education sectors.

My son started when he turned 2, he settled in very well and I saw an improvement in his speech and behaviour straight away. He also learnt alot of new things. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

Great little setting . My daughter has special needs and I was very reluctant to send my daughter to a nursery. But my daughter settled in really well. Staff are lovely and supportive they go out of their way to help me . This nursey is very flexible they try there best to Cater for you and the childs needs . My daughter will miss them all as she will be is school soon . The manager is great and very professional . Highly recommend teeny days
