Our Company, The Phoenix Pattern & Tool Co Ltd, have been customers of Birmingham Telecom since they started out. They have replaced our phone system 3 times, recently bringing us into the 21st Century. The 3CX system that we have now is user friendly and the app enables working from home much more convenient. Special thanks to Andy for always getting the right product to suit us and Shaun for the time and effort put in with us during and after the installation, Dan and Lee for attention given quickly to any of our queries. We have just signed to transfer over to Birmingham Telecom in the last week, the transition is not due to take place for a few weeks, but our phone and internet line was cut last week. This company setup an app-based phone system within a few hours getting us back up and running and receiving the calls. Amazing effort and great first impressions. Very positive, knowledgeable, and supportive staff.
