Boring Services
Our horizontal boring machines handle components up to 15,000kg with 3,000mm cube capacity, featuring contouring heads and deep bore profiling capabilities. Backed by Mastercam/Edgecam programming software and operated by experienced engineers, we deliver complex internal geometries for high-risk applications in valve blocks and tubing hangers.
Turning Services
Capable of machining components up to 2,000mm diameter and 10,000mm length with anti-vibration tooling and roller steadies. Our lathes specialise in nickel alloys and carbon steels, supported by comprehensive offline programming facilities to ensure precision in long-component manufacturing.
Mill Turn Services
The Mazak Integrex e-670H II combines turning and milling operations in one workstation, enabling complete machining of complex components up to 1,000mm diameter x 4,000mm length with minimal setups. This integrated approach reduces production time while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
Welding Services
ISO 3834-certified welding of Inconel 625 cladding on F22, 4130, 8630 and F6NM base materials using Fronius equipment. Our six welding stations handle components up to 15,000kg, with full support from in-house NDT and quality assurance teams to meet demanding industry standards.
NDT Services
Comprehensive non-destructive testing including ultrasonic, magnetic particle and liquid penetrant inspection.
