What a hidden gem of a place. Tucked away down a narrow country lane about 1 mile outside Whitby. Look out for their regular 99 special deal which is Dinner, Bed n Breakfast for 2 people. The food, staff and ambience is superb and the building steeped in history. Highly recommend

A beautiful building in a beautiful setting. Had a large room that was very clean and well presented. Had excellent service from every member of staff who were all very friendly. The meal we had at night was one of the best and my compliments to the chef it was delicious from start to finish. The service in the restaurant was very good. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Spent a single night here and we really enjoyed it. Fantastic surroundings and the lounge and bar were very relaxing and a chilled atmosphere. The Barman Riley was fantastic and really looked after everyone. Met some great people and we are seriously considering this as a wedding reception venue.
3 course meal was excellent.

A brilliant hotel! We have stayed here before, but we had a super room this time! It's a little pricey in the summer months, but the staff are wonderful. Food is excellent too! A fabulous experience.
