Redfern's Farm Shop is located in the heart of the Peak District. Redferns truly is a business with history, we are a true family business with the fourth generation now involved based near Buxton. We are not just farmers we also have a fantastic farm shop with impressive meat counter which strives to supply the best tasting, most succulent tender meat we possibly can.
Our shop contains meat from our own livestock and that of surrounding farms allowing customers to buy meat and produce from local suppliers, helping to support the surrounding communities. We also stock poultry, eggs, and fresh vegetables. We believe that our prices are fair and offer best value for money and we have our own abattoir which helps to keep our overheads down.

Our farm shop will give you a true experience of buying local produce. Our meat is butchered in our own abattoir to the highest standard and our aim is to provide you with top quality meat that has great flavour, is succulent and tender. Redfern's skilled team of butchers are on hand to help advise and assist.

We can offer an extensive service through our recently re-developed abattoir which specialises in services for farmers, butchers and smallholders. We are more than happy to take small lots including individual animals. Welfare is our top priority and we aim to operate to the highest standards. Our team can de-bone and cut meat to our standard specifications or to your individual requirements, giving a more bespoke service.

Our aim is to provide our catering customers with the same eating quality, provenance and value that we offer in our own farm shop; local produce, superb flavour and tenderness. We realise that service is all important too so we don't have set delivery rounds meaning that, within our area, we can deliver to anywhere on any day.
