Ordered some weighing scales, which arrived in time and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately the front was cracked and we had no time to order a new one, as it was for a gift, so had to go elsewhere. However, after raising the issue with Purple Cupcakes, they dealt with it professionally and swiftly and to my satisfaction. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation. I wish you all the best for the future
