Visited because I was fed up of having after sales insurance pushed at me when purchasing from the big players and also more importantly wanted to support a local company. Following a visit Tom sent information requested to me via email on the same day. Was very informative and went through several iterations through email regarding my enquiries. Unbelievable service from Clocktower - about 6 hours from enquiry to completion of delivery and fitting of a new integrated dishwasher and a new integrated fridge. That would be hard to beat!
