Are your Alloys starting to look a little bit worse for wear, perhaps the paint is starting to flake off or are the tyres beginning to lose pressure, both of these problems are probably due to corrosion of the cast Aluminium wheel Alloy. Or have your Alloys been damaged due to being kerbed or is it much more serious and they're cracked or just maybe they're looking that little bit tyred.
Then Alloy Circles many specialist in house services are just what you need as they include powder coated Alloy wheel refurbishment, Alloy wheel restoration, Alloy wheel repairs and an Alloy wheel TIG welding service. We offer in our large blasting room and also in our smaller blast cabinet a low dust fine grit Garnet Granite sandblasting service and a non abrasive Soda blasting service too.

Please note our fully powder coated refurbishment process takes between 3 and 5 days dependant on the Alloys condition, i.e. how corroded they are or how much damage there is (very bad kerbing or do they need any welding).
Alloys are chemically dipped to remove all paint and lacquer so that we are not repainting over old paint or a poor quality surface due to previous repairs, all wheels are then water pressure jetted to remove loose paint and to wash off/neutralise any chemical residue.

Our powder coated Alloy wheel refurbishment process takes over 3 days as any less time means we would not be able to prepare them properly unlike some same day mobile wet paint smart cosmetic repairs. Here at Alloy Circles we really believe there is nothing quite like a gleaming set of newly powder coated Alloys, (our 3 layer powder coating process will greatly outlast any wet spray paint finish).
