I have been a tenant at a property managed by Sutherland Management for 3 years and can honestly state that they have been the best agency that i have had the pleasure of using. They are very responsive with any problems that have occurred and have been great communicators. Allen and the team are very professional and have provided a personal touch to all my dealing with them. I would fully recommend letting with this agency.

Sutherland Management were my letting agents for four-and-a-half years in Dundee. Allen and his colleagues are an outstanding team and honestly changed my opinion of letting agents/landlords for good. A total breath of fresh air. Every call was answered, and every email responded to, promptly and professionally. Anything that was needing fixed got fixed, and they were always on hand for a chat. The flat I rented through them was excellent and I was sorry when I had to move on. Highly recommend these guys!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My partner and I have used many letting agents in Dundee over the past 6 years and none of them come close to Sutherland Management. From the start of our tenancy, Sutherland have provided a professionalism and approachability that we have never experienced! We couldn't recommend Sutherland more to anyone, with their attentive property management team and beautifully, well kept flats with reasonable rent prices. If you're ever looking for a flat, please make Sutherland your first stop.

As tenants, we recently concluded a five year bungalow rental that was managed by Sutherland Management. Throughout those five years Sutherland have been excellent:
- Professional
- Quick to respond via phone or email when we've reached out
- Great liaisons between ourselves and landlords
- Quick to act on or resolve urgent matters (such as broken down boilers)
- Not overbearing! Property inspections were courteous and not intrusive. Our end of tenancy, which we had to delay, was handled with grace and understanding.
Allen and his team have been a pleasure, and I would not hesitate to rent
