I had my first hair cut and colour here and I am SO impressed. Tammy and all the staff at the salon were friendly, professional, kind, and attentive. Tammy did a fantastic job on my very difficult to colour hair, and I think it's probably the best colour I've ever had. I've now found my salon!

I came in for a balayage and cut, it was my first time having balayage so I wasnt sure what colours and tones I wanted. Lydia was extremely helpful in guiding me to my desired result that blended my natural hair colour to the lighter summer tones we decided to go for. I left with gorgeous healthy hair! Would recommend!

I have been going to Pierre and James for many years now and the atmosphere is friendly and not on the slightest bit intimidating. The clientele is extremely mixed; everyone is welcome. I always receive excellent service and the cut by Tammy is always brilliant. Tammy is the only hairdresser I have found who I trust to cut my hair.

Natasha did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup for my wedding day. I couldnt have wished for a better hairstyle, and everyone commented on how nice it looked. She also did a wonderful job on my bridesmaids, and was very helpful at sorting out my dress last minute too. Thanks so much!

I searched for a hairdresser, very experienced in hair cutting, who would listen to my concerns and help me to find a hairstyle that would suit my face shape and my fine hair. In Pierre at Pierre & James I found this and much more. From the moment I walked into the beautiful salon and met the friendly people working there, I knew that I had chosen somewhere special. Pierre gave me his thoughts and ideas for a completely new hairstyle, he explained and showed me how I would look after it, and I am delighted with the end result. A visit to Pierre and James salon is an experience. On arrival you are met with lovely, smiling faces and made to feel very welcome. As someone who hates changing hairdressers this was a very easy transition. My stylist was Pierre and I knew from the start I was in a safe pair of hands. I have to confess I did not give him an easy task as I wanted a complete restyle, He suggested both a style and change of colour which was exactly what I was looking for albeit I had not explained this, I didn't have to!
