Is there a reason that after 9 days I still haven't received the shoes I've ordered? And you haven't replied to my emails or PayPal messages. Very bad service in my opinion.

Poor customer service. Never reply to calls or emails. I returned a pair of shoes and the refunded me £ 4 less than what I paid for them.
