First couple of orders were great. I was also happy giving a local company the business and appreciated their presence in Buckingham. Then, twice they let me down with communication. Eventually when a lady called, after my email, her tone was stern and not customer friendly. No genuine offer of any compensation was even suggested, the difference being I would have declined it (as I don't mean to take advantage of a local business) but it would have been professional of them to offer it. Not saying something when making a request on phone, and then saying "well, it mentions on our website" is not
