Was amazed to finally find a firm who are smart, tidy, punctual and polite. The girl in the office had a very positive attitude and actually had some product knowledge. The engineer arrived at the time slot allocated and got straight to it. He was extremely well mannered and well spoken and his product knowledge was outstanding.

I have used Dutchy Gas regularly to service my boiler and have been very happy with the communication, work and price .
Sometimes I get an error code and my boiler stops working.
Dax patiently talks me through the steps to fix it myself so I do not have to pay for a call out. He does not charge me for his time doing this.
So top bloke and top service.

The Duchy Gas Team is a wonderful family run business that have serviced my boilers since 2015. I ring Jade every year to book in for my annual service, she is a delightful young lady. Then a few days later her husband Dax will turn up, always on time I might add and he will service the boiler, let me know of any problems. Dax is very polite and a very tidy worker. I would not have anyone else service my boiler. A 5 Star review for a 5 star business. Thank you Jade and Dax.

What a great service from Dax and Duchy Gas Team. Great communication from Jade for organising the service of my boiler. Dax was very thorough with the service, checking for gas leaks and even sending an electronic copy with photographs of tasks undertaken. Better still is their price which was very competitive. J would not hesitate to use Duchy again, and will be recommending them to friends and family.
