Wallseal Preservation offers all home-owners a free survey at their property, followed by a no-obligation quotation for any work that may be required. Whilst the majority of our surveys are free, there are some occasions where we need to charge a fee, for example, a survey carried out prior to the purchase or re-mortgage of a property.
