The word is luxury. So good we booked an extra night within a few hours of arrival. Great location, with a high quality breakfast. If your checking in outside booking.com advertised hours give them a call in advance. Very helpful welcoming couple who run the lodge.

Top quality B&B in Lelant with good parking a short bus or train journey from St Ives. The breakfasts are outstanding, and the accomodation is extremely well furnished. It has more beautiful artwork on the walls than many galleries

Stayed here recently, Tressa & Steve were superb, they were helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much and the breakfasts were so filling! All the rooms are done to a high standard and having breakfast in the sun garden on the last day was the icing on the cake. I would definitely stay again

Lovely place to stay, friendly owners made us feel very welcome. Bed was super comfortable and the room was clean warm and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing too! Will definitely stay again!
