Mark in sales at In2gr8ted Solutions Ltd worked with me to get the correct system for my needs and supplied in-depth technical knowledge on their flexible offerings. A Solar and battery combo. Once agreed, Paul C arranged a survey within a couple of days to confirm roof surface area, done by Ben, a polite and experienced third party surveyor. This happened well within their 14 day cancellation period, if the contract needed to be altered.
2 weeks later, Scott, Paul (another Paul) and Josh fitted the system in one day. They worked very hard and left a working system. They were a good lot.

In2gr8ted Solutions' Nick Walton (Surrey-based representative), company owner Paul, Paula, Scott & co. (installers) were all unbelievably responsive to our needs and from initial phone enquiry to installation took just over 2-weeks to deliver an awesome solution.
Nick almost immediately came to prepare the company's most detailed and informative quote (compared with four others in the south of England including a supplier nominated by local authority). From the beginning to completion, IS were attentive, professional and prompt. The process was not without problems but they were resolved very quickly and to my complete satisfaction - though, annoyingly, the scaffold was left erected for two weeks after the PV array was finished

AVOID at all cost of this organisation as sales team offers you everything, the contract arrives with what sales team agreed. Things seem good however then equipment arrives which is wrong and much cheaper meaning IN2GR8TED Solutions makes more profit. Once installation complete, 2 hours later MD on phone requesting full payment when zero paper completed and no proof of system working 100%. Total money making exercise as even had to patch up the holes they made in my walls for the cable run, move my sky dish and advise scaffold company employed by them of statutory requirements. Accident also

I have just had solar panels fitted to my house by these guys and I have to say any fears or reservations I had have all gone. Ive been thinking of getting it done for years and I only wish Id of done it sooner. From the beginning of the process when I dealt with Mark I felt my mind was put at ease and all my questions answered. The installations team did a great job too.
