Absolutely brilliant place, friendly staff and they will always go out of their way to help. We got Guinea pigs during March 2020 and it was fair to say we were absolute novices! Originally everything we bought was from Pets At Home but this quickly got expensive. We made a trip here as it isn't far from home and we've never looked back. Always happy to help you with recommendations, and will make sure you get everything you need without pushing you to buy extra stuff! My wife still laughs about the time that, out of nowhere, she was shown a picture of a cow with the lady from the shop cooing
