Vinyl Printing
Report
Vinyl is great for small orders and one-offs, as there are no templates to set up. It provides a long lasting professional finish, and can be used for lettering and logos in a wide range of colours. We can also produce full colour transfer prints up to A4 with contoured edges if required - An example of this is the Beef Expo image in our gallery below.
Screen Printing
Report
This method includes making a screen template for each colour and squeezing ink through it on to your garment. Using a screen template makes the job much faster and therefore really cost effective for large quantities. We begin in our darkroom, where we develop your image on to a light sensitive silk screen.
Embroidered Clothing
Report
Our professional embroidery machines are capable of highly detailed personalisation in both small and large quantities. Your design can contain multiple colours and can be embroidered on to most of our clothing, including knitwear and fleeces which can't be printed. We start with your logo, text, or design, and create a digital file that contains all the stitches required to remake your image using embroidery.
