Centre of dental excellence it may pompously purport to be, but certainly not a centre of customer service excellence. Practice manager has been extremely discourteous, following a misunderstanding with pre-paid appointment booking. Having sent a confirmation to a wrongly spelled email address, they contended that the onus was on the customer to double check. Very short-sighted approach to business, as they have now lost a potential customer, who would otherwise have spent more money on their services subsequent to the initial consultation.

Very Professional service received. Took less than few mins for the tooth to be removed. No pain during the extraction, and I personally did not have any pain after the local Anaesthesia wore. I would strongly recommend and I would certainly re-visit.

Recently I had another dental hygiene appointment with Priyanka and I couldnt be more happy. She is always super friendly, nice, professional and very positive which makes me feel comfortable all the time.
Priyanka using an ultrasonic and air polishing system to maintain my implants and the whole experience is always up to the higher standard of care. I would not hesitate to recommend Centre of Dental Excellence to anyone who seeking professional help. I will be back again in 3 months with pleasure. Highly recommend.

I had my two front teeth redone and honestly I can't state enough how great the service was. They look incredible and throughout the treatment the staff took exceptional care whilst also being friendly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental care. In particular I would like to thank Dr Jose Rodriguez, he explained with great detail the recommended options and ensured that everything went according to plan.

Seen recently by Dr Puja Morgan for an extraction before I get my braces fitted, her and the nurse (becky) were both so lovely and re-assuring. An experience that I was dreading for days leading up to it was done expertly and I barely felt a thing. It was the best visit to the dentist I could of hoped for. Thanks again to both the lovely girls!
