Damage Inspection
Report
We use a number of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods to check for damage, without causing any more. Our experienced carbon repair technicians are able to identify stress indicators and damage. A preliminary method to test for the presence of damage in cylindrical structures such as bike tubes. Our World Cup experienced mechanic and Cytech Technician can check over the componentry for you.
Carbon Bike Repair

Our structural carbon fibre repairs will restore your frame to its former strength, available in different levels of paint finish to suit your budget. We can safely and reliably repair structural damage to practically all areas of your frame, whether it is the result of a knock or fall, crash damage, abrasion, or a complete mystery.
Paint Refinishing
Report
Our protective option leaves the repaired area finished in either a solid gloss black or white section over the repair. We don't like to leave things looking untidy so we will always strive to tie the protective section in with the existing paintwork design. If the area being repaired has some quite complex paintwork that you are not overly attached to, we can simplify the design to help keep the cost down.

Shipping your frame
Report
Your local bike shop should be able to help you out with an empty cardboard frame box, a children's bike box is also usually the right size. A good rule of thumb is to send your frame to us packaged how you would like it returned, when it isn't broken. Make sure to add additional padding to the contact points, the parts of your frame that come into contact with the box.
