We are now at the end of our conversion & cannot express enough how happy we are with it. From start to finish, Adam & his team have been amazing. The standard of the work carried out (from all trades) is of extremely high standard. A very friendly and efficient team. We have a new bedroom with ensuite which is awesome & more than I hoped for. Big thank you to all. Would highly recommend.

I had the guys from Kingsmead conversions convert our loft into a new bedroom with ensuite bathroom just a few months ago (March). From the start to the finish they were excellent. Just like a well oiled machine as soon as one tradesman finished their work the next tradesman was in the next day to start their work and on it went until completion… with barely a day that something wasn't being finished. The estimating completion and costs was absolutely on the nose. The only extra money involved was for extra's that we asked them to do. What we are left with is a fantastic addition to our

We have just had our loft conversion completed and would thoroughly recommend Kingsmead to anyone. We had a few unique requirements and Adam and his team were more than happy to accommodate them - the end result is fantastic. All the team were polite, friendly and worked really hard. Any problems or difficulties we encountered on the way were resolved and dealt with, and Adam, Craig and the team always answered our phone calls and texts promptly. Overall we’re really impressive and very pleased we chose Kingsmead.

Between lock downs last summer we were lucky enough to have our loft conversion completed by a wonderful team. In very hot conditions. 🥵 The work they carried out was very professional from start to finish. We… had two extra bedrooms and a bathroom added to our home and we are so happy with our new space. ❤️👌👏 Communication was brilliant and they finished in great time. Thank you Tom, Dane and Craig for your hard work and commitment. I would 100% recommend Kingsmead Loft Conversions. 👍🤩

We used Kingsmead Conversions to carry out our loft conversion. Adam and his team were all fantastic from start to finish. Communication was good, each individual trade kept us up to date with every step and all progress made. Adam was always quick to respond to any queries. Every trade was punctual, friendly, professional, hard working and respectful of our house and belongings. We are so pleased with the end result and the space that’s been created. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get work carried out.

Agreed an appointment and then got cancelled on the day and just a few hours before it was agreed. Took the whole day off work just for the meeting. Decided to give another chance and agreed a call back to set something up again and yet again a big FAIL, heard nothing. I do not recommend this business. I definitely see a trend looking at the past comments.
