I enjoy and am proud of being a successor Notary Public to my father Percy Villiers Blakemore and grandfather Arthur Villiers Blakemore, and continue to act for many of their original clients. What is a Notary? A Notary is a qualified lawyer who is primarily concerned with the preparation and authentication of documents for use abroad.

We are different from solicitors as our duty is to the transaction as a whole and not to just one or two of the parties. Need to be happy that you understand any document, particularly those that are not in English.
