Services
Demolition & Dismantling
We provide full-scale demolition and dismantling services for residential, industrial, and commercial structures. Our team utilises advanced techniques to safely reduce buildings in logistically challenging environments. Projects include emergency demolitions following fire or structural damage, with asset recovery options for recycling and reuse.
Asbestos Removal
Specialist asbestos removal services for pre-20th-century buildings containing hazardous materials. We partner with certified surveyors to identify, contain, and dispose of asbestos safely. This prevents exposure risks while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations during demolition or renovation projects.
Site Clearance
Comprehensive site clearance including muck shifting, inert material removal, and brownfield site remediation. Our mobile crushing units process brick and concrete on-site for reuse, reducing transportation costs and environmental impact through sustainable waste management practices.
Bulk Excavation
Bulk excavation services for levelling uneven sites and preparing land for redevelopment. Using modern excavators and dumpers, we re-engineer sites to meet project specifications while maintaining cost-efficiency and environmental compliance through our recycling initiatives.
Faade Retention
Faade retention solutions preserving architectural heritage while enabling internal redevelopment. We implement bespoke propping systems to dismantle interiors while maintaining external structures, adding value through historical preservation combined with modern functional upgrades.
