Central Garage (Carcroft) is a family run business that has been trading for over 30 years. Our aim is to ensure we deliver a top-quality service to all customers, at an affordable price. John started out in the motor industry in 1975, as an apprentice for W A Sissons & Son. After working through the ranks, John went into partnership with his father and wife, purchasing Central Garage (Carcroft) in 1982.

Four years ago my reliable 2013 Subaru Forester refused to start on my drive after its flat battery was replaced. I contacted my garage and several auto-electricians but none could provide a remedy. Eventually the car was transported to Central Garage, Carcroft who sorted the problem within its immobiliser circuit and returned the car to me in good working order.

This is a process where the technician uses the a tool to determine the faults that are occurring within your engine. At Central Garage (Carcroft) we have the same diagnostic tools as the majority of the dealers with specialist technicians to use them. The diagnostic tool will produce a test plan. This will not remedy the fault, however, it will tell out technicians what the exact fault is.

LPG Systems

Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) is an environmentally friendly fuel. In this country it is comprised mainly of propane. It is a by-product of the petroleum industry and is also found in natural gas.
