Can I use my own gold or gemstones in a new design?
Yes, we specialise in remodelling heirloom materials into new pieces. Simply send us details about your existing jewellery, and we'll discuss design options that preserve your materials' sentimental value while creating something contemporary.
How does the sandcasting process work?
We mix your chosen beach sand with investment plaster to create a mould. Molten recycled metal is poured into this mould, capturing the sand's texture. After cooling, we polish the piece to reveal natural patterns while maintaining durability for everyday wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked delivery. For EU customers, please note temporary restrictions apply due to Brexit-related regulations. We provide detailed packaging information and insurance for all international orders.
What metals do you work with?
We use recycled 9ct, 14ct, 18ct, and 22ct gold (yellow, white, rose), platinum, palladium, titanium, and sterling silver. On request, we can source Fairtrade-certified metals to further ensure ethical production standards.
How can I determine my ring size remotely?
We provide a ring sizing guide with instructions for measuring at home. Alternatively, order a free sizing ring from our website. For critical accuracy, we recommend visiting our workshop or consulting a local jeweller before final production.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
All diamonds exceed Kimberley Process standards. White diamonds are CanadaMark-certified, while brown diamonds originate from Argyle mine with Origin Australia certification. We also offer vintage diamonds mined centuries ago, ensuring no modern conflict or environmental damage.

I can't recommend them enough! Their customer service is amazing, they were very helpful with what size I needed as I never wear rings and the one I ordered was for my wedding. I got my ring a couple of days ago (a lot sooner than expected) and it looks amazing!

I ordered one of Justin Duance’s unique, beautiful wood inlay sterling silver rings as a wedding band for my husband in 2013. Despite him knocking it about, it’s lasted beautifully, and only needed slight repairs after over seven years’ worth of wear. I got in touch with Taiman, who has been incredibly helpful. She suggested an upgrade to titanium,… and offered to fix the original ring as a keepsake.
We’ve just gotten the upgrade in the mail, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The matte finish and darker tone of the titanium complements the smooth wood inlay perfectly

We went to the workshop to order our wedding rings and had a wonderful time. We were so thrilled when our beautiful rings arrived. As things stand at the moment, our wedding plans keep having to change and we… currently don’t know whether our ceremony can go ahead in May, so we decided to put our rings on anyway and just make it official when we can!! A fantastic team who communicate really well and go to great lengths to give you exactly what you dreamed of. We love our sandcasted rings, thank you!
