Really disappointed with the lack of customer service Ordered a pair of leggings I've been waiting months to get as they were out of stock. Got an email confirming they'd been dispatched. 3 days later I got an email confirming my refund. No correspondence explaining why and when I queried it, I was told it was because I didn't provide my 'Personal Identity Number' (whatever that is) and they couldn't get my order through customs. Was never asked for this number at the time of ordering or in later emails. Nor is it mentioned anywhere on your site. I responded to tell them this and have had no response
