Communication was often quite aggressive when simply asking for information or updates. The quality of work provided did not meet expectations, and interactions at times felt accusatory and unnecessarily confrontational. Even straightforward requests for progress updates were met with a tone that could be perceived as unprofessional, which made the overall experience difficult.
